What is Premier Boxing for Fitness?
Premier Boxing for Fitness welcomes all levels of athletes, women and men, from beginners to elites, as well as individuals who want to gain a healthier lifestyle through basic functional mobility movements and improve stress levels.  We are a results driven, energetic fitness, body sculpting & toning program led by experienced certified personal trainers. 

We use motivation, accountability and dynamic training to get you the body you want.  You won’t lift beyond your level or perform movements out of your skill set.  You will perform exercises that mimic everyday movements so you will be stronger and more efficient in your day to day activities.

So whether you enjoy the camaraderie of group training, prefer the individualized attention from a personal one-on-one session or just want to see your child reach the next level in performance, Premier Boxing for Fitness can help you exceed your fitness expectations.

Our Youth Boxing + Strength & Conditioning Group Training program is designed in a fun environment where children learn properly how to defend them self through the sport of boxing, develop their skills, experience teamwork and learn life principles that will apply both in and out of the boxing ring.

 One-on-One personal training offers you the opportunity togged a very focused, personalized workout with a  certified personal trainer to coach you through attaining your desired fitness goals.
